According to business development needs, the plan is to build a modular data center (5 modules) with 150 cabinets in the first phase, which needs to reflect the design concept of "future oriented". A modern computer center room with reasonable layout, complete functions, safety and reliability, advanced facilities, green environmental protection, reasonable investment, and easy maintenance and management will be built, effectively providing a safe, reliable, temperature, humidity, and cleanliness compliant operating environment for IT infrastructure equipment. Provide safe and efficient management methods for management personnel. The cloud data center jointly built by Huawei and Daqing will serve as the foundation platform for Daqing's industrial development in the future. Daqing will rely on Huawei's cloud platform to build an oil big data processing center, an intelligent manufacturing center outsourcing industry center, and a provincial information consumption support center.

The Daqing Smart City Cloud Platform Data Center has invested 181.0198 million yuan in the construction of a total building area of 14,609 square meters, enabling system cloudification, data centralization, and business collaboration. The initial formation of a cloud industry ecosystem aggregation effect has been achieved. The Daqing Smart City Cloud Platform Data Center has adopted twisted pair cables and shielded twisted pair cables from Guangzhou Yuhong Technology Co., Ltd., and all RVS and RVSP copper cables use flame-retardant technology, ensuring the safety of data transmission in the project's data center.
