Located along the central axis of the University Town, it serves as a crucial industrial base for achieving the University Town's goal of integrating industry, academia, and research. The project covers a total land area of approximately 95,000 square meters, with a total floor area of approximately 584,000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 5.65 billion yuan.
