The China Development Bank's urban renewal project for the second phase of the resettlement area in the West Railway Station District of Jinan City (Dajin Xiaodong Resettlement Housing) is located in Huaiyin District, Jinan City, east of Qizhou Road, south of Laiwu Road, west of Jining Road, and north of the Wudi Block Primary School. It is a Type A civil defense engineering project with integrated peacetime and wartime functions, with its primary peacetime use being a car park; In wartime, it is divided into four protective units, all of which serve as second-class personnel shelters and material storage facilities, with chemical protection ratings of Class C and Class D.
